- opening a bank account for the company with a card and internet banking (with the personal presence of the director);

- payment of registration fees;
- obtaining of local and international identification number for your company;
- translation of all required documentation.

Our service package includes
- notification of all state registers, including statistics department, chamber of commerce and industry, customs office and other, depending on the company’s operations;
- company registration in the state e-portal to ensure electronic documents flow;
- accounting services, including the processing of invoices, preparation, and submission of accounting reports;
- obtaining of social security number for the company director;
- handling of documents in the name of the client on the basis of power of attorney;
- basic advice on issues related to the company’s operations;
- translation of Hungarian documents related to the company’s operations into English for client’s understanding of their content;
- setup of an online system for invoice generation;
- other services/activities to ensure the basic functioning of the company.
- legal address with correspondence forwarding service – 400 € per year;
- notarized certification of documents – from 30 € per document;
- change of directors, shareholders of the company – 200 €;
- liquidation of the company in case there is no debt – from 1 000 €.
